What is the return policy?
We want you to love every piece you order from Sweet Southern Misses!
If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
your item(s) must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Free of makeup, perfume, and deodorant stains/smells
With original tags (if applicable)
How to Start the Return Process
To start a return please email us at sweet.southern.misses@gmail.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged / Wrong Item Received
We’re so proud of every product we send your way and we want you to love it just as much as we do! If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, don’t worry, bestie! Just shoot us an email at Sweet.Southern.Misses@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — ASAP!
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us sweet.southern.misses@gmail.com
Delayed Shipments / Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or natural disasters. If you experience a shipping delay, please reach out to us for assistance.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to assist you in locating your order.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Processing Time - All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During high demand or sale events, processing might take a little longer.
